Joseph Maloney
Chief Development Officer
Joe has nearly 20 years of experience in the private and corporate healthcare sectors, with a career dedicated to startups, operations, growth, development, and strategy.
As Chief Development Officer, Joe leads the company’s growth and client management initiatives.
Prior to joining GrayHawk, Joe was the Vice President of Business Development for Crozer Health, a $800MM integrated healthcare delivery system with four hospitals, 644 licensed beds, and 17 service lines. His responsibilities included business development, strategy, sales, strategic marketing, growth initiatives, and service line development.
Other experience includes working for Erickson Living, one of the nation’s top five Continuing Care Retirement Communities, where he oversaw operations and development of their geriatric medical group consisting of over 150 providers, at 17 sites, across 10 states. Additionally, after graduate school, Joe partnered with a group of physician investors and launched a start-up medical laboratory in Charleston, WV, which turned profitable within the first year of its launch and had a successful exit through its sale to LabCorp of America.
Joe attended Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, WV, earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Management.
