In David’s role as Chief Experience Officer (CXO) he directs GrayHawk’s commitment to creating exceptional and meaningful experiences for our members and clients. With a deep understanding of customer-centric strategies, David leads the charge in enhancing every touchpoint, ensuring that GrayHawk’s services are not only effective but also empathetic and responsive to the needs of the communities we serve.

David’s approach to experience design and dedication to excellence drives GrayHawk to continually exceed expectations and foster lasting relationships. With his leadership, we are able to deliver a superior, holistic experience that aligns with our values of compassion, hope, trust and interconnectedness.

Prior to joining GrayHawk Health, David held several sales, business development roles in the finance sector, including working with companies such as DHI Mortgage, Cardinal Finance Company and Nationstar Mortgage.

David received his B.A. in Psychology at the University of North Texas.
