Senior Vice President, Organizational Development & Cultural Affairs

Barbara is an experienced and innovative Healthcare professional with a proven record of building quality care delivery services, bridging the gap between acute and post-acute care. Barbara has spent her career committed to improving the lives of the most medically complex and vulnerable populations. She has an extensive background in developing direct care services for older and disabled adults and is particularly committed to empowering those in underserved communities.

As SVP, Organizational Development & Cultural Affairs, Barbara is responsible for aligning the organization’s cultural strategy with its values and purpose. She develops strategies for optimizing people, process and systems to accelerate the organization’s business performance. Barbara is also responsible for vetting and managing a comprehensive, culturally aligned advisory body that leverage its expertise to enhance the organization’s position as a valuable partner and a quality in home primary and specialty care provider.

Prior to assuming her present role as the Sr. Vice president of Organizational Development & Culture at GrayHawk Health, Barbara was the Administrative Director of Senior Health Services and the Geriatric product line at Crozer- Keystone Health System (Crozer Health). In her tenure at Crozer-Keystone Health System Barbara was also the Director of Social Work for two of the health system’s hospitals.

She is recognized as a leader in building longitudinal relationships to strengthen an organization’s position and build market share. Barbara is highly regarded by internal and external providers as a trusted partner who is dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults and their families. A collaborative leader who is fully knowledgeable of the components to build and maintain a robust gerontology portfolio and processes of care Barbara leverages her expertise, life experiences and passion to make a difference.

Barbara is a graduate of Temple University-School of Social Administration. She is a Licensed Social Worker, Certified Trauma Specialist and holds other credentials.
