Andrew Henderson II
Chief Executive Officer
After an extensive career as an Executive Director at JP Morgan and Vice President of eCommerce at The Walt Disney Company, Andrew wanted to create meaning over money. In 2014, he purchased a small home care company, developing GrayHawk Home Care. During his tenure as President and CEO, Andrew shifted the company from private pay to Medicaid Waiver, making much-needed home care services attainable. He built a company that catered to all the non-medical needs of the older, underprivileged population. As Andrew steeped in the reality of Medicaid patients, he saw various gaps in patient access to care. Frustrated by the limitations in assisting these patients with clinical services, Andrew executed a successful exit from the Home Care business in 2022 to found GrayHawk Health, a company designed to wrap clinical, social, and case management services around complex populations of patients to reduce cost and improve health outcomes.
Utilizing his expertise in Product Management, Sales and Relationship Management, and Business Development, Andrew is passionate about treating each patient with the utmost respect and sensitivity. His vision of providing an evidence-based model of holistic health care is tailored to each patient, supporting individuals through home and telehealth visits, personal engagement through clinical health coaching, and the mitigation of Social Determinates of Health with the goal to empower all people to live well.
Andrew earned his BS in Finance from California State University and his MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
